Deputy Chief Constable, British Transport Police

In January 2004, Andrew Trotter was appointed deputy chief constable of the British Transport Police. Prior to this, Andrew joined the Metropolitan Police Service in 1970, led the media response to the terrorist attacks in July 2005 and was spokesperson for the joint police operation. He holds a BSc (Honours) degree from the London School of Economics and is a recipient of the Queens Police Medal
